DESIGN BUILD PROCESS
True design build construction greatly reduces redundancy and misinformation by placing the architect/designer and builder under one roof. We take it a step further, bringing the architect/designer/builder into the field as a tradesman working with tradesmen, which is what Paul does. Information to the trades is immediately available and any changes desired by the owner flow smoothly into the project. The engineering process, if necessary, happens face to face between architect, builder, project foreman, and engineer in a simple one on one conversation held in the engineer’s office leading to saved time and smoothness not only in the planning phase, but also in the event of changes if desired by the homeowner during the construction process.
